Título: Trajetórias de mulheres na gestão de CTG: um estudo no Rio Grande do Sul

Resumo: Esta dissertação é produto de uma pesquisa de Mestrado no Programa de PósGraduação em Memória Social e Bens Culturais do Centro Universitário La Salle Canoas – UNILASALLE. A pesquisa situa-se no campo de estudos de Gestão Cultural tendo como temática as trajetórias de vida de mulheres que exerceram a função de patroas em Centros de Tradições Gaúchas (CTG’s). Trata-se de uma temática que provoca uma relação inédita entre a mulher no Tradicionalismo e a mulher na Gestão de CTG, realizando um resgate histórico entre os raros registros existentes acerca da participação feminina nestes contextos. A pesquisa tem como objetivo geral analisar a trajetória de vida e profissão de mulheres que ocuparam a função de patroas em Centros de Tradições Gaúchas no estado do RS, identificando atributos de competência necessários ao exercício dessa função, segundo seus pontos de vista. Esse objetivo desdobrou-se em quatro objetivos específicos: (a) escrever as trajetórias de vida de mulheres que ocuparam a função de patroas em Centros de Tradições Gaúchas; (b) identificar, a partir da percepção das patroas, elementos facilitadores e dificultadores para a gestão de um Centro de Tradições Gaúchas; (c) evidenciar quais são os atributos de competência necessários à gestão de Centros de Tradições Gaúchas, segundo os relatos de experiências dessas patroas; (d) elaborar um livro que contemple as trajetórias encontradas. Configura-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, que utilizou como estratégia de coleta de dados um questionário, entrevistas, documentos, análise de dados quantitativos e das narrativas. O levantamento das trajetórias de vida aponta o quanto essas são distintas umas das outras e evidenciam, através de suas particularidades, as estratégias criadas pelas mulheres para sublimarem as dificuldades encontradas. Também foram apontados os elementos facilitadores e que dificultaram a atuação das mulheres durante o exercício da função de patroas, alguns deles relacionados ao próprio contexto encontrado no CTG no momento da posse e outros, ligados às próprias capacidades das patroas. Atributos de competência foram relacionados e servem de referência para o melhor entendimento na execução das práticas vivenciadas por patroas, que representam a dirigente máxima dessa instituição. Ao final da pesquisa, por tratar-se de um Mestrado Profissional, optou-se por um livro como produto final, contemplando as trajetórias das mulheres entrevistadas, disponível ao público em 2014.
This dissertation is a product of one Master Degree research in the Graduation Program on Social Memory and Cultural property of La Salle University Center, in Canoas-UNILASSALLE. The research lies on the field of Cultural Studies Management and its theme is the life of women performing the function of mistresses in Gaúcho Tradition Centers (CTGs). This topic causes a unique relationship between the woman and the woman in traditionalism in CTGs managing, recapturing rare historical records about female participation in these contexts. The research aims to analyze the general path, both personal and professional, of women who occupy the role of mistresses, identifying attributes of competence necessary to exercise this function, according to their views. The research generated four specific objectives: (a) writing about life paths of the women who occupy this function in Gaúcho Tradition Centers; (b) identifying, from the perception of the mistresses, ways to facilitate and ways that make more difficult to manage a Gaúcho Tradition Center; (c) showing which are the attributes of competence needed to manage, according to the reports of these mistresses; (d) developing a book about the experiences of these mistresses. It is classified as a qualitative research and it has used data collection, questionnaires, interviews, documents, analysis of quantitative data and Narratives. The result of this research concerning personal lives points up how much these women are different and how much they have created different strategies to solve their problems. It was also pointed up what facilitated and what make their management harder while they were in their positions. Some were related to CTGs context, even in the moment of their inauguration and some were related to their own capabilities. Their attributes of competence were listed and they will be used as a reference to a better understanding in the implementation of the ideas fulfilled by the mistresses. Currently, they are the maximum leaders in these institutions. At the end of this research, because it is a Professional Master Degree, it was chosen a book to be the final product of the research, available to the public in 2014.
