Abstract

This study deals the knowledge made by the academic research of Unilasalle - University Center La Salle, through the Graduation Conclusion Course Paper and the Monograph of Specialization Course. The papers analysis was made through the titles identified on the papers. Try to show, from the collected data, the importance of a better assessment of this Papers and monographs to the innovation, suggesting alterations on the behavior and the institutional culture, in the intention of provide a bigger critical reflection, transforming in institutional Strategy with the perspective of aggregate an important competitive differential to the institution. Taking as pleas some theoretical, deals different aspects and at the same time dependents and additional on theirs peculiarities. Emerges the necessity of innovation today, because it is considered one of the most important strategies to be persecuted by the Superior Education Institution, important collaborators to the socialeconomic development of the Country.
