This study represents a report of an experience, through the perspective of Cultural Studies, a project of special education in inclusive education, which occurred in the years 2000 to 2002, in the Public Municipal Nursery Schools of Canoas/RS. Within an ethnographic approach, reconstructing and interpreting the facts, I make a critical reflection on my practical experience with the inclusion of children with special needs at the regular schools, dialoguing about my own experience, the value and knowledge of experience. As per Jorge Larrosa, in narrating myself, I experience an experience, what for Marie-Christine Josso is also a training within an interactive and intersubjective process. It is living the experience of experience. It is to live my own transformation. Writing about this experience, making a critical reflection on it, is for Michel Foucault to unveil oneself subjectively, to undress, let the other read it. An experience lived in the collective, whilst being written, rescues the past into the present and projects the present into the future. I contextualize special education in inclusive education, emphasizing concepts such as difference, identity that, within culture, and going through a Foucaultian perspective, now have other meanings. The subjective construction of the subject reveals itself through discourses and disciplinary practices, imbued by power relations (inclusion/exclusion), held in institutions such as schools and families. Assuming that the inclusive school is one that welcomes all students, with or without Special Educational Needs, who sees and accepts the others for what they are, without discriminating them, we conduct an experiment in early childhood education, since nursery, through psychoeducational practices and stimulation. When reporting an experience and reflecting critically on my practice, I experienced my own experience in construction, formation and transformation.
