dc.description.abstract A pesquisa, tipo Estudo de Caso, teve como foco investigativo a capacitação profissional das Pessoas com deficiência, através do Programa de Aprendizagem, desenvolvido no SECAP/FADERS, em parceria com o Governo Federal. O campo empírico do estudo foi o Serviço de Capacitação Profissional (SECAP). Os participantes do estudo foram os jovens e adultos com deficiência em processo de qualificação profissional no SECAP, que estão incluídos no Programa de Aprendizagem, os docentes destes aprendizes, a representante da auditoria fiscal da DRT/RS, um gestor e um colaborador que trabalha com a PcD de cada uma das organizações participantes do Programa de Aprendizagem, o Coordenador geral e da Área do Trabalho da FADERS. Os dados foram coletados através dos seguintes instrumentos: análise documental das pastas individuais de cada aprendiz para a caracterização do perfil do sujeito estudado e entrevista semi-estruturada. Os olhares sobre a pessoa com deficiência sempre estiveram vinculados as concepções relativas à produtividade, a razão e a um padrão estético presente em cada contexto sócio-cultural. A análise de dados possibilita inferir que o Programa de Aprendizagem é fundamental e relevante para o sucesso do processo de inclusão e permanência das pessoas com deficiências no mercado de trabalho. pt_BR
dc.description.abstract The present research Dissertation was focused, professional training of disabled people in view their entry and stay in the labor market. The investigative problem was: how does the professional training of people with disabilities through the Learning Programme, developed in SECAP / FADERS in partnership with the Federal Government? Based on these problems, the objective of the research was: "To analyze the process of professional training of youths and adults, inserted into the Learning Program, developed in SECAP / FADERS in partnership with the Federal Government." I understand that the proposed study was relevant and justified considering that: a thematic investigative originated in my path of personal and professional life which, somehow, makes an incursion consistent theme in considering that it is intrinsically related to my daily life, especially in regard to my professional activity; discussions on the inclusion of disabled people in the labor market has increased, mainly from the Law No. 8213 of July 24, 1991 (Quota Law). The looks on people with disabilities have always been bound conceptions regarding productivity, reason and an aesthetic standard present in each socio-cultural context. In a historical-cultural perspective, the human being is considered a historical-social, which develops, produces and constitutes his humanity culture from establishing social relations (Vygotsky, 1998). In 2007, created the National Register of Learning, which aims to registration of entities qualified training in technical / professional methodical, seeking to promote quality educational programs and training courses. Methodological Approach: The research is characterized by a Case Study. The empirical field of study was the Office of Professional Training (SECAP). Study participants were young people and adults with disabilities in the process of qualification in SECAP, which are included in the Learning Program, the teachers of these learners, the representative of the tax audit of the DRT / RS, a manager and an employee who works PcD with each of the organizations participating in the Learning Programme, the General Coordinator and the Area of Labour FADERS. Data were collected through the following instruments: documentary analysis of individual folders for each student to collect data on the subject studied and semi-structured interview. Data analysis led us to conclude that the Learning Programme is fundamental and relevant to successful process of inclusion and retention of disabled people in employment. en
