O presente trabalho refere-se a uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, tipo estudo de
caso. Está vinculada à linha de pesquisa: Formação Docente, Teorias e Práticas
Educativas do Curso de Pós-graduação Stricto Sensu, Mestrado em Educação do
Unilasalle. A pesquisa origina-se do projeto “Alfabetização nos Anos Iniciais do
Ensino Fundamental e formação de professores na Rede Municipal de Ensino de
Canoas: a pesquisa-ação colaborativa como elemento de qualificação das práticas
educativas”, financiado pelo INEP/CAPES (Observatório da Educação). Assim, a
proposta desta dissertação direcionou-se aos professores alfabetizadores nos
primeiros e segundos anos do ensino fundamental, em duas escolas da rede
municipal do ensino de Canoas, localizadas no bairro Guajuviras. Tal investigação
teve por objetivo compreender como os professores construíram sua identidade
docente, estabelecendo relações entre sua formação inicial e sua experiência
profissional. Refletiu-se sobre o papel do professor no processo de ensino e
aprendizagem, buscando a qualificação na prática docente. Para pensar a
identidade docente, foi importante percebê-la não só como construção individual,
mas também de forma coletiva, construída por valores, crenças e atitudes. Os
aportes teórico-metodológicos se basearam em fontes orais, acompanhadas por
uma entrevista semiestruturada, que possibilitou um olhar do cotidiano do cenário da
pesquisa, pois a utilização de tal metodologia propiciou o enriquecimento e
ampliação do olhar para a temática escolhida, uma vez que essa é uma ferramenta
de análise na qual foi possível perceber o quanto o discurso e a pratica podem estar
em encontro ou desencontro. Autores como Maurice Tardif, Stuart Hall e Marie
Christine Josso contribuíram para o estudo proposto. Assim como a construção da
identidade do indivíduo se dá através do processo de interação com outros seres
humanos, a identidade docente também caminha nessa direção, ou seja, não se
constitui sozinha. A formação em uma licenciatura não é garantia para se legitimar
como docente. Será através de sua trajetória profissional, juntamente com a reflexão
de suas ações, que será possível sua identificação com a profissão.
This paper refers to a research project, a qualitative, case study. Is linked to the research line: Teacher Education, Educational Theories and Practices of Post - graduate studies, Masters in Education Unilasalle. The research stems from the project " Literacy in the Early Years of Primary Education and teacher education in municipal schools in Canoas: a collaborative action research as part of qualifying educational practices", funded by INEP / CAPES (Education Observatory.) Thus, the
purpose of this dissertation is directed to literacy teachers in the first and second years of primary school, two municipal schools teaching Canoes, located in the neighborhood Guajuviras. This research aimed to understand how teachers built their teacher identity, establishing relationships between initial training and professional experience. Reflected on the role of the teacher in teaching and learning, seeking a
qualification in teaching practice. To think the teacher identity was important perceive it not only as individual building, but also collectively, built by values , beliefs and attitudes. The theoretical- methodological relied on oral sources, followed by a semistructured interview, which allowed a look of daily research scenario, because the use of this methodology led to the enrichment and expansion of looking at the theme chosen, since this is a tool of analysis in which it was possible to see how the discourse and practice may be against or mismatch. Authors such as Maurice Tardif, Stuart Hall and Marie Christine Josso contributed to the proposed study. As the construction of the identity of the individual is through the process of interaction with other humans, teacher identity is also heading in that direction, ie, is not alone. Training for a degree is no guarantee as to legitimize teaching. Will be through his career, along with the reflection of your actions, it will be possible to identify their profession.
